If I can build a website myself why does it cost so much?
There are many website builders out there that try and make it easy for an average person to build a website. Like anything else in life, you're going to get what you pay for. If you want to spend hours trying to learn how to use those website builders, you might be able to build a simple website yourself, but there are so many things that we do, such as error checking, file compression, multi-browser testing, mobile and tablet testing, site map creation, and more. There's an old saying: "you don't know what you don't know."
Does our monthly fee for hosting and support include the domain name?
No, we prefer our clients to own their domain name and pay for it themselves. It costs around $18 per year.
What if I am not happy with your service and want to move to another host?
If you look at our reviews everywhere, you'll see we have an excellent reputation. You'll be able to move to another host, and we'll even help you do it if you'd like. We always want our clients to be happy and successful with their website.
